grateful: week 26.

inspired by my reading of the happiness project by gretchen rubin, i am instituting monday "gratitude" posts (read here for more detail), where i will list "3 things i'm grateful for" from the previous week.

the 3 things i'm grateful for this week are:

1) the idea to add a new element to these grateful posts (see below for detail!).

2) lots of errands crossed-off the to-do list on sunday (but it was quite the exhausting day!)

3) a trip to one of my homes away from home for a perfect fall game day: love thee notre dame (so fun to show the bf around campus for the first time too!)

so as for the new element, i was starting to feel that these grateful posts were getting to be a little too self-indulgent and stale, so i am now going to include a handful of links to other blog posts that inspired me in some way in the previous week.  that way i get to share the love and, in a small way, i hope to pass on a grateful sort of feeling!

• Crystal of Plush Palate's home reveal.  it's glamorous, clean, and light, and it gives me house envy!  can I just move in here when you head west to san fran, crystal?!  be sure to check out more of her home in the premiere issue of RUE magazine.
• Alaina of Live Creating Yourself's "girl and her room" series.  i am in LOVE with that black dress (Crystal featured it this week too, actually!)
• Ashley of ashley nicole catherine's collection of ban.do bridal collection images.  they make the most gorgeous hair accessories.
• Beth of The Stories of A to Z's halloween mantel link party - SO many amazing ideas.  people are so stinking creative!
