so who of you knew that the "cherry capital of the world" is located in oh-so-special northern michigan?! pretty cool, eh?! (hehe). my best friend meg's wedding was up that way over labor day weekend, so i snapped a few photographs of downtown glen arbor to share this charming area.

ReplyDeleteI love Cherry Republic! When I was little we'd always take a trip to northwest Michigan (we lived on the east side) with our neighbors every autumn and Cherry Republic was always a necessary stop. The first time we went it was just one little store, so over the years it was kind of crazy to see it getting bigger and bigger. Now I think there's about three buildings that make it up? I haven't been there in a few years still. Their Cherry Boomchunka cookies are ridiculously good!
